8. Student Dispute Policy

Any problems concerning fees and/or the performance of Pacific Flying Club's obligations to the student should be forwarded to the Chief Flying Instructor. Should the issue not be resolved at this level, the Director of Flight Operations should be contacted in writing.

Any disputes regarding amounts outstanding should be directed, in writing, to the Manager of Pacific Flying Club.

Should any issues remain unresolved at this point, the student should contact the Board of Directors of Pacific Flying Club through the President in writing.

Should the matter not be resolved satisfactorily through the grievance procedure, either party may apply to a mutually agreed upon arbitrator whose decision shall be binding.
