The Pacific Flying Club is a Not-For-Profit Corporation. The Board of Directors constitutes the top authority responsible for steering the Club towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, governance polices, as well as by making sure the Club has adequate resources to advance its mission.
The Board serves as a resource for Management. Board members come from diverse professional backgrounds – business, technology, law enforcement, finance, human resources – offering a wealth of knowledge and experience for Management to access.
The Board of Directors fulfills its governance obligations to the Pacific Flying Club and its members in accordance with the by-laws of the entity.
Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting and stand for a two-year term, and may be nominated to run for re-election.
